Positive: From the moment we arrived all staff went out of there ways to make our stay special. The All Inclusive package was most generous with a wonderful range of food to cater for All. The verity of food was amazing with lovely changes to main meal every night. Food was available from early morning to past mid night. Drinks were available 24 hours a day. Less than a 5 minute walk to a private section of beach again with constant supply of food and soft drinks and sun loungers and umbrellas. I really could not find fault with anything and highly recommend Oba Star Hotel

Negative: The hotel rooms are tired . The frame around the door of the room was coming away. The beds were comfortable but we had this strange bed cover instead of sheets. The rooms and the corridors could be a lot cleaner. My daughters pull out bed had some stain on the side that could have been ketchup or blood and I kept seeing an earbud in the same place on the stairs for a couple of days. Please provide sheets for the guests and please clean the bathroom in the room at least once if you are staying for a few days

Positive: Restaurant is 10/10; close to the seaside; if you call the technician to solve a problem - it actually happens.
Negative: room was small, smell of mold from the bathroom, plaster is falling from the ceiling over the enterance, bad sound insulation and excessive amount of noise after 10:00 pm makes it hard to fall asleep.

Negative: This is not an ultra-all-inclusive hotel. I recommend the owner to familiarize himself with the differences between all inclusive and ultra all inclusive. Sunbeds at the pools are few. There's just no room for more. Everything is crumpled and not comfortable. The hotel is between many other hotels and this is stressful. There is no space. From the evening until the morning, loud sounds can be heard from the neighboring establishments. Sleeping is mission impossible. In one of the rooms we rented, the sewage smelled constantly. maids came to spray, but to no avail. The beach is a complete tragedy. Stones and it suddenly becomes deep after 3-4 meters when you enter the sea. I was in Alanya for the first and last time. I'm actually not sure if I'll visit Turkey anymore. There are many things to write, but I stop. We didn't have a good time
